Indemnity

Group) and keep the Company (and each any member of the Company

General
A. If any term or condition of the Terms is deemed

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance
with English law. Disputes arising in connection with the Terms or
the Site shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
International use
A. The Site and the Services are intended for
the use of residents of the United Kingdom. Whilst the Company does
not prohibit the use of the Site or the Services by residents
outside of the United Kingdom the Company is not required to ensure
