This is an opportunity for anyone who may be interested in temporarily working in the Customer Service department (Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00) to cover for maternity leave. Responsibilities will include preparing and processing orders/credits received from customers and publishers. Resolving and responding promptly to telephone and written queries from both customers and publishers. All Advisors are required to proactively liaise with both internally and externally to achieve swift problem solving and maintain good communication. The ideal candidate will have proficient IT and organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner. They will be a good communicator, be reliable and self motivated. Customer service experience would be an advantage although not essential. Previous knowledge of Vista and the distribution industry would also benefit this role. Someone who is task driven and works well as part of a team would also be suited to this position.
