Environment Team
Bookpoint Ltd has an Environment Team supporting and
delivering both energy saving initiatives and green issues
within distribution.
The Environment Team consists of representatives from
Operations, Engineering, Customer Services, Credit Control,
Accounts and Administration.
The team analyses environmental figures for Bookpoint, attends
training, sets and reviews objectives for the year and ensures an
effective environmental strategy is in place for Bookpoint.
The team objectives are:
- Saving of combined gas and electricity
- Reduction in landfill tonnage
- Review waste consumption and consider ways for further
reduction
- Review carton usage
- Work closely with our Business Partners on Environmental
issues.
